KYRO Foundation envisions building a state-of-the-art Training & Empowerment Center that will house three dynamic and interlinked programs, each strategically designed to empower girls and transform entire communities.
These pillars will address education, community empowerment, and health & wellbeing creating a model of sustainable development rooted in dignity, equity, and hope.
Key Components:
Academic Re-engagement Programs: Tailored courses that encourage and support girls in returning to formal education or pursuing alternative learning pathways.
Vocational and Entrepreneurship Training: Programs in tailoring, catering, hairdressing, agriculture, and other trades will equip girls with practical skills to create income-generating opportunities.
KYRO ICT Hub: A modern computer laboratory will provide access to Information and Communication Technology (ICT) education, preparing young women for the digital economy and expanding their global connectivity.
Mentorship and Career Guidance: Personal development workshops, mentorship, and career counseling will help girls set goals and pursue meaningful careers.
Impact Goal: To re-engage hundreds of school-dropout girls annually, transforming them into self-reliant, educated, and empowered young women.
